ICEBYBRIV Refund & Exchange Policy

At ICEBYBRIV, all of our jewelry is handmade and carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds unless we mistakenly send the wrong order size or there is a severe quality issue with the item. However, every piece is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Refunds, if approved, are only accepted when:

* The item is returned within 3 days of purchase.
* The jewelry is in brand-new, unworn, and unused condition.
* The item passes our inspection process before a refund is issued.

There will be no refunds or returns on jewelry that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

We do not offer exchanges for different items, sizes, chains, pendants, earrings, rings, or other products once the order has shipped or been delivered. If your order has not shipped and has not started production within the first 48 hours after purchase, exchanges may be considered.
